What We Do
We specialize in the preservation and promotion of traditional Kashmiri embroidery. Our work is a tribute to the centuries-old craftsmanship of local artisans, blending timeless techniques with contemporary quality standards.
Known as the “needle-point” embroidery, Sozni is one of the most sophisticated forms of hand-stitching in the world.
Aari embroidery is performed using a specialized hooked needle (the Awl or Aari), creating concentric rings of chain stitches.
Tilla is the royal gold or silver thread work that has historically adorned the attire of Kashmiri royalty.
