- Returns: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery by providing high-quality images of the issue.
- Exchanges: Due to the unique nature of handmade items and our commitment to fair pricing for artisans, we primarily offer exchanges or store credit.
- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the artisan has begun preparing the shipment or a custom piece, cancellations may not be possible.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our Srinagar office.
